German researchers are trying to put an end to the patient’s “nightmare”. Scientists of the Saarland University at Homburg tested the plasma device to clean the caries so they could proceed to dental filling. The plasma device ejects low temperature plasma beams, which penetrate deep into the cavities of the teeth and kill the bacteria. Lead researcher Dr. Stefan Rupf believes that these plasma devices, with a temperature of 40 degrees Celsius, will greatly help dental practice.
So those of you who are afraid of the “classic” wheel, know that νεται is expected in 3 years !!!
