After the placement of all ceramic crown you have to take care:
• To minimize the consumption of coffee, tea, tobacco, red wine and other substances that can cause stains and spots on the ceramic crowns, especially the first 2 days after their placement
• To avoid chewing food the first 2 hours after placement for proper cementation
• frequently brush your teeth at least two times a day
• use dental floss
• Make use mouthwash that contains chlorhexidine and certainly
• To avoid biting your nails, chewing ice, biting a pencil, or other hard objects
