The teeth whitening with LED lamp is usually done in a single visit to the dentist. Bleaching starts cleaning the patient’s teeth and continues with the application of specific bleaching gel to the teeth. After application of the whitening gel, the dentist uses the method of the LED lamp, which facilitates better penetration of the gel to the tooth enamel. With this method, the bleaching gel is cleaved and oxygen enters the enamel and dentin resulting stains disappear. The total treatment usually lasts one hour and results can be seen immediately after the completion of the treatment.
